What I did after that? Just make a guess.

I asked the executive for any “offers or discounts on renewal of these two domain names”. I was asked my Customer Number and Call-In-Pin. After I supplied the information they were able to access my order. Then I was asked about the renewal length, confirming which I was asked to refresh my browser window.
